Warranty

Every product we sell comes with a life time unconditional warranty. Please email us at customerservice@yak-gear.com prior to sending your item back. We will repair or replace it, and send it back to you. The only thing that you will pay are the shipping charges to us. We are not responsible for any damage in shipping to you. We offer shipping insurance on every item we sell.

Care Instructions

We recommend rinsing all of our products with fresh water after every use. Also, spray your bungee and carabiner with a mild lubricant (like WD-40) about once a month, let it sit for 10-15 seconds, then whipe clean. One of our customers sent us a great tip to use sunblock on their leash to help deter any discoloration.
